Specializing in Adolescent and Young Adult Therapy

II help teens and young adults move through anxiety, depression, and the heavy moments or changes that can make life feel overwhelming. My own experience with anxiety is what led me to this work, and I truly believe in the power of healing through connection and support.

My approach is warm, laid-back, and accepting. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy, and I’m currently training in ICBT to support clients with OCD. I welcome and affirm LGBTQ+ individuals and am experienced in working with Neurodivergent clients, including those navigating ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities. My goal is always to help you feel seen, heard, and more hopeful about what’s ahead.

No matter where you’re starting from, change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s begin that journey together.

If you’re a parent seeking support for your teen, I understand how hard it can be to watch them struggle. I work to build trust with teens while supporting families, helping your child feel understood, empowered, and more hopeful about the future.
