INSURANCE AND FEES

Caring for your mental health is one of the most valuable investments you can make — and we want it to be as accessible as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our fees, accepted insurance plans, and what to expect when it comes to payment.

All of our clinicians are in-network with the following insurance providers:

self-pay rates

For clients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or who prefer to pay out of pocket, our self-pay rate is $150 per session.

We believe cost should never be the sole barrier to getting support. If you have questions about fees or need to discuss your options, please reach out — we'll do our best to work with you.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first appointment. If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, we will provide this estimate to you in writing prior to your first session. For more information, visit cms.gov.

cancellation policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee.

We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
