No matter what you have been through, I will offer you a safe space where you are heard, validated, and supported. I have found a calling in working with youth and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, recent trauma, and generational trauma.
I utilize mindfulness, breathwork, grounding, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. Allow me to introduce you to art therapy techniques that support awareness, healing, and growth unique to your journey. I am bilingual (English- Spanish), have a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, first-generation stress, and the challenges we face today in our school system.
